FAIRVIEW GUESTHOUSE
Unless otherwise arranged, the following are standard arrangements for the comfort of your stay, service from our personnel, and the protection of our beautiful environment.
CHECK IN TIME:
From 14:00 – 20:00 on the day of arrival
Prior arrangement can be made after 20:00 using the key safety box.
ROOM CLEANING SERVICE:
Between 10:00 – 14:00 daily
No room service over weekends & public holidays
CHECK OUT TIMES:
Latest at 10:00 on day of departure.
KEY: Please drop key in key drop box by the gate.
SMOKING: Strictly no smoking inside the buildings
LAUNDRY:
Bed linen will be changed every 4th day of stay (excluding a 4 night stay) unless otherwise requested. Please place towels to be washed in the bathtub.
Swimming pool towels will be provided. Kindly bring your own beach towels.
AIR CONDITIONER: When your air conditioner is switched on, please keep the door closed. Please switch the aircon off when you leave the room.
SUNTAN LOTION & PERFUME: We kindly request that you please be careful with these liquids near our bedding and towels. The staining these liquids leave are imperceptible until the affected linen and towels are washed, where after they leave permanent yellow stains. These stains are irremovable and the affected linen and towels need to be replaced.
IMPORTANT: The use of these facilities at Fairview Guesthouse, are at your own risk.
PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEIR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.
Kindly secure your valuables at all times and do not become a target of criminal activity.
As a courtesy to your fellow guests, we request that visitors refrain from making any excessive noise after 22:00.
Please note that the floor tiles can become slippery when wet. Be mindful especially when going up and down the stairs.
If you are dissatisfied with anything in regard to your accommodation, please inform us immediately – we cannot rectify a problem if we are not aware of it.
CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE
I hereby note and accept that it is a condition of my visit at Fairview Guesthouse that the owners/hosts shall not be accountable and/or held liable for ant accident or bodily injury to any person, or loss or damage to any property of mine, whilst on the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or from any other causes.
I do agree, by entering this property, to bind myself to the conditions of residence of Fairview Guesthouse, as they appear above.
PAYMENT POLICY
50% deposit payable to confirm booking.
Balance payable 2 days before arrival unless otherwise arranged.
Payment to be made by EFT, YOCO or cash on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 60 days before stay date: 100% of deposit is refundable.
60 days or less before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable.
Less than 1 week before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.
